What the service includes
We act as the operational arm of your team. We coordinate with event management on the venue, the schedule and suppliers, and provide trained staff for every point of the event, from gates and reception to halls and hospitality areas. We also arrange catering, giveaways and screens when needed.
Because the guest experience starts before anyone enters the venue, we connect event management with arrival and mobility services: parking management, valet parking, electric golf carts and crowd management. You deal with one partner responsible for the whole guest journey, from arrival to departure.
We start early with your team to define what the event actually needs, then recommend the services that fit its size and nature, without unnecessary extras. On event day a field supervisor follows delivery and stays in direct contact with you, so you can focus on your programme and your guests.
